Project BOOST Assignment #4

Part 1

I hope you not only had fun on our trip to Eagle Academy and the High School for Math, Science and Engineering but you also learned a great deal of information. 

Task: Based on what you learned from our trips to the middle and high school, you are to write a letter to yourself explaining your path to get to the schools of your choice in the future and to have the career you dream of having.    Include advice that you you heard firsthand from the students at Eagle and the High School.

Here are some questions that can guide you in your writing.

1.  What was the most important information you learned as a result of visiting both schools? What were some of the similarities and differences?

Your letter should be a minimum of a full page in length double-spaced in Times Roman font 12pts.  Your assignment should be neat, with no spelling or sentence errors.  No colored ink. 

You will email your assignment to me at thaigle@schools.nyc.gov on or before February 1, 2013.

Part II

Log onto our blog and comment on the experiences you had visiting both schools.  What were your thoughts and feelings on the school in terms of the work, rules and environment? 

Include any questions you may have about middle and high school as well as college.
